Greg Collins is a management consultant and coach who helps organizations and

people see where they can go and then assists them in getting there.

His experience has been split between consulting and coaching.  Greg’s approach

to coaching focuses, first, on identifying and enhancing someone’s natural gifts.

Then, he addresses the critical issues that, if not addressed, will undermine all

other efforts.

Two of Greg’s goals in working with clients are to increase their self-awareness and to help them be more authentic in their interaction with others.  In support of that quest, on a personal level, Greg has spent most of his adult life learning to be increasingly present and reflective in his interactions. This is a challenge that is ever present in today’s world.

Greg holds a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Organization and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell.  He has also done coursework in Change Leadership and Adult Learning with the faculty from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.

Greg lives in Brookline with his wife and two sons.  When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Greg can often be found on a bicycle.
